After learning about Limb Kind's work to provide patients with prosthetic care at no cost, Marilline felt hopeful. “I have worn the same prosthesis for eight years and need a replacement," she said. "I know what it is like to live with a prosthesis and the independence it provides me. I also know what it’s like to anticipate a new prosthesis and to have expectations.”
After receiving her new, free prothesis, Marilline expressed her gratitude. “I have a chance to live a normal life thanks to the kind people here.”
